We will be able to provide sellers with a HIP (Home Information Pack) which is now a compulsory part of the selling process for most properties. You will not be able to market those properties until a HIP is available – we can prepare this for you very easily and encourage you to discuss this with us as soon as possible to avoid any delay at the point you decide to sell.

We take care to ensure that the fees we charge are reasonable and estimates are given at the outset of a transaction to enable you to budget accordingly.
